1 An account is considered dormant if for 12 months there have been no deposits or withdrawals
2 Overdraft Fee: you will be charged a daily fee equal to an effective annual rate of 18% interest on any overdraft balance in your account for each business day that the account remains overdrawn.
Note: The categories of transactions for which overdraft and NSF fees may be charged are those by any of the following means: check, in-person withdrawal, Automated Clearing House (ACH) or wire transactions. You will not be charged NSF or overdraft fees for ATM or one-time debit card transactions.
3 No notary fee for absentee ballots
4 Foreign ATM fee applies when using your debit card at an ATM not owned by The Bank of the West.
Notice: We may require not less than 7 days’ notice in writing before each withdrawal from an interest-bearing account other than a time deposit, or from any other savings account as defined by Regulation D. Withdrawals from a time account prior to maturity or prior to any notice period may be restricted and may be subject to penalty.
